When uploading new documents or editing existing ones, you can add multiple tags. Tags help you and your team organise documents and find them for later use:
Tags could be anything from the type of document:
CaseStudy, Proposal, Presentation…
To the documents intended target audience:
B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, SMB, AccountExec, VP…
To purpose of the document:
Sales, Marketing, HR…
Once tag has been added to a document you can use that tag to filter your documents later to help you find the right content for the right use case.
To search for tags, put a ‘#’ before your search:
